Rawrags is a mock sustainable clothing brand created from the prompt to develop and design a sustainable brand and product. I felt inclined to work in the realm of fashion, as fast fashion is a growing crisis in our current climate.
I came up with the idea for a sustainable streetwear brand. Its name, Rawrags, was created as a basis for what the clothing brand is- rags (clothing) made with raw materials. The identity of the brand needed to align with the raw materials it uses, inspiring the choice of an organic, imperfect type, logo, and illustrations. This style not only represents the values of the brand but reflects popular streetwear aesthetics.
